  • Member of my faculty's 'Peer Helpers' group. I am trained in listening and empathy skills to support my schoolmates if they are struggling. I am also part of the newsletter team. I sourced for mental health and study tips to be included in the monthly newsletter. It is disseminated to 500 over staff and students. 

  • Member of Taekwondo Club. I practise both Poomsae (artistic performance of defence-and-attack motions) and Kyorugi (contact sparring/fighting).

Year 3:

  • For my final-year project, I was a writer, Analytics manager and Facebook manager of my school's youth-centric e-magazine, The UrbanWire. I increased our Facebook engagement and wrote riveting articles that drew 150 over readers to the website every day. 

  • Awarded Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement in 2020 (Top 25% in my level and course and have demonstrated good conduct)

  • Represented NP in NTU’s Taekwondo Open Championships in 2019

  • Represented NP in National Poomsae Taekwondo Competition in 2019

  • Member of the Volleyball Team. I was a middle blocker, where I was the first line of defence against the opposing team's hits.

  • Senior Councillor in Student Council. My duties included leading the entire school in saying the national pledge, ushering parents and important guests, guiding my juniors, and planning events such as Student Council camps for 60 over participants.

  • Planning Committee for Secondary One Orientation 2017. I planned team bonding games for over 200 students

  • Achieved Bronze Award in the 2017 NUS Geography Challenge Preliminary Round Assessment
